Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) was established to implement preferential credit policies for the poor and other policy beneficiaries.

VBSP’s activities are not for profit purposes, are guaranteed solvency by the State, the required reserve ratio is 0% (zero percent), not participating in deposit insurance, tax exemption and other payable to the State budget.
