Draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 116/2013 / ND-CP of October 4, 2013

Dear VMFWG’s members,

The Government has issued Decree No. 116/2013 / ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on money laundering prevention, which takes effect from October 10, 2013. Although Decree 116 has played an important role in providing specific and detailed guidance on the provisions of the Law on money laundering prevention and control, however, through the implementation process, it has revealed a number of shortcomings and inadequacies that should be amended and supplemented. Therefore, the State Bank issued a draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 116/2013 / ND-CP of October 4, 2013. Please fill the form below:
