Dear VMFWG’s members,
On July 4, 2019, the State Bank issued Circular 08/2019 / TT-NHNN amending Circular 03/2015 /TT-NHNN dated March 20, 2015.
Accordingly, the principal inspector and inspector must satisfy one of the following 2 experience requirements:
- Having been the Head of an inspection team and assessed by the person who has issued the inspection decision to complete the duties and tasks or more.
- Participated in at least 02 inspections and assessed by the Head of the inspection team to complete the duties and tasks (Currently only this criterion).
In addition, the Circular has supplemented provisions on a number of subjects supervised by the Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency as prescribed by law such as:
- Policy bank;
- Asset Management Company of Vietnamese credit institution;
- Vietnam Deposit Insurance …
Circular 08/2019 / TT-NHNN comes into force from August 19, 2019; Particularly Article 3 takes effect on July 5, 2019, Clause 4, Article 1 of this Circular takes effect from November 15, 2019.
