Citi – Vietnam Microentrepreneurship Awards 2014 (CMA 2014) is an annual global activity, funded by Citi Foundation/ Citi Bank – Vietnam to recognize and honor the microentrepreneurs and the typical microfinance institutions that have significantly contributed to the implementation of the Construction and Development of sustainable microfinance system Project in Vietnam until the year 2020, and to the reduction of poverty in the country.

The CMA program has been held annually since 2007 by Vietnam Microfinance Working Group (VMFWG) in coordination with Citi Foundation/ Citi Bank – Vietnam, Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association (VINASME), and with the support of the State Bank of Vietnam.  The CMA has recognized the contributions of 340typical micro-entrepreneurs, 114 excellent credit staffs, and more than 56 typical microfinance institutions in Vietnam.
